Katwijks museum

Katwijks museum - The Katwijks Museum is located in the center of Katwijks former fishing village. The museum is housed in a historic building and combines a special collection of paintings by Dutch and foreign painters with a beautiful collection of local and regional attractions. You will find, among other things, specific utensils from the rich past of Katwijk. Katwijk costumes, jewelry and textiles all have their own place in the museum. With the help of numerous dolls, an impression is given of the clothing and accessories of our ancestors. Many painters have also depicted the population in their traditional costumes on their canvases.
